Terms and ConditionsCommunicating During Stages of the Project You will be notified by e-mail when an update is completed as per your request, and as each phase of the project is completed. You should also reference the Client Prep Area for your project's current status and history notes. You must establish ONE point of contact! The point of contact ("POC") is the one person from your company that will work and communicate directly with the Web Design/Developement Team. This is very important. Having more than one POC can lead to confusion and extra development time! Billing and Payments One-third of the total invoice is due upon commencement of the project. A second one-third, adjusted for any changes to the project estimate, will be invoiced at design template completion (or other mutually agreed-upon phase of the project). The remaining balance, adjusted for any changes, will be invoiced upon delivery of the working website/application. (On smaller projects a 50% deposit may be required.) If you request additional work beyond the scope of the original proposal, your overall cost will increase, and the development time will be adjusted (most likely affecting/delaying the project completion deadline). No checks will be accepted; we accept PayPal, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders. For hourly priced work, you will be billed by the minute - NO rounding. We send out electronic invoices for payment by e-mail, with fax and/or print confirmation. If your credit card is rejected, your work will not be release until full payment has been received. We prefer instant message and e-mail communication, which helps facilitate the documentation of design/project discussions. We realize that this may not always be appropriate, and will schedule phone conversations as needed. You can always call in an emergency situation. You will be billed hourly for technical/troubleshooting phone correspondences after the first hour. We are consultants and our time is as valuable as yours. E-mail correspondence is free. We are available by e-mail 24 hours a day and by phone from 8:30am-5:30pm. We can of course schedule a time outside of this range if needed. For further information, contact us: . |
